Coriandrum (USDA Organic) Cilantro, Coriandrum sativum '(Cilantro)', is a feathery herb rising up on a few, branched stems. Its leaves are at first rounded with toothed edges and large lobes, but then the mature leaves are finely divided, feathery. Cilantro leaves are used in the cuisines of Mexico, South America, China, the Philippines, North Africa and East Indies.
