The Blue African Lily
The Blue African Lily, Agapanthus africanus, also known as Lily Of The Nile, produces buds that start out a steel-blue to blackish and stand up firmly and then they bloom out to a lavender blue and droop down. Lily Of The Nile big flowers are comprised of up to 100 tiny tubular florets that are framed by deep green, strap-like leaves.
